A strong fermenter popularly referred to as "Conan," the DIPA Ale strain originates from the often-hunted soaringly-rated Vermont beer. Its peach, apricot and pineapple notes are steroids for hops, complementing modern fruity hop profiles in particular. A diacetyl rest is recommended.
